This certificate once validated by Micrylium Inc. is a 100% guarantee against ANY form of damage to the contact parts of a medical device when using Micrylium products as directed in the instructions for use. This warranty is valid for the lifetime of the device manufacturers warranty. Micrylium will replace without cost or prejudice ANY component worn or damaged by Micrylium products during the manufacturers warranty of the device.
